Our oral surgery department is supported by a large internal referral network, modern technology, and state-of-the-art surgical facilities with general anesthesia capabilities. What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop appropriate oral surgery treatment plans Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including extractions, implants, and related surgical services Provide safe, high-quality perioperative and post-operative patient care Administer and/or oversee anesthesia services in accordance with applicable regulations and clinical standards Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA requirements Utilize WinOMS software for patient records and case management Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, clinical support teams, and office leadership Educate patients on treatment recommendations, post-operative care, and follow-up expectations Support efficient patient flow in a high-volume, team-based practice setting Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license in North Carolina, or ability to obtain licensure Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program Board certification or board eligibility in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery preferred Experience with extractions, implants, IV sedation/general anesthesia, and surgical procedures Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, referral-based environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Practice Highlights Established multi-location dental group with strong internal referral flow High-volume oral surgery opportunity State-of-the-art surgical facilities with general anesthesia capabilities Modern equipment and experienced clinical support staff Dentist-owned organization with long-term growth potential Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling options Compensation & Growth Competitive compensation structure High earning potential based on production Strong referral base and established patient demand Opportunity for long-term growth within the organization Job Details Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Location: Charlotte, NC Work Location: In person Schedule: Flexible scheduling available Show more Show less
