Paradyme Painting LTD. is seeking an experienced painter to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, motivated painter with solid experience in residential and/or commercial painting. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, high-end work, works efficiently, and communicates well. Responsibilities * Interior and exterior painting * Surface preparation including sanding, filling, masking, and caulking * Spraying, rolling, and brush application * Maintaining clean and organized job sites * Working quickly and efficiently * Working safely on ladders and lifts * Communicating professionally with team members and other trades * Completing projects to a high standard and within deadlines Requirements * Previous professional painting experience preferred * Ability to follow directions and think proactively * Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable transportation * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Comfortable working at heights when required What We Offer * Competitive wages based on experience * Opportunities for overtime * Performance-based bonuses * Steady work opportunities * Professional and respectful work environment How to Apply Please apply here or send your resume and a brief description of your experience to tonow@paradymepainting.com.
