Battlefords Treatment Centre is seeking compassionate and dependable Program Attendants to provide after-hours support to clients in our residential addictions treatment program. Working evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, Program Attendants help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment while providing non-clinical assistance. Responsibilities include transporting clients to recovery meetings, cultural ceremonies, appointments, and approved community activities, supporting daily operations, and promoting a culturally safe, client-centred environment. Qualifications - Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's Licence.- Current satisfactory Driver's Abstract.- Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check acceptable to the employer.- Understanding of, respect for, and willingness to support Indigenous cultures, traditions, and healing practices. Experience working with First Nations, Mtis, and Inuit communities is an asset.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
