Overview Central Florida Health Care Services is a growing healthcare organization in the Kissimmee, FL area is conducting a search for a licensed Pharmacist to support and help develop a rapidly expanding pharmacy operation. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians, clinical leadership, and operational teams to ensure safe medication management while also participating in the business and contracting side of pharmacy operations . This is an ideal role for a pharmacist seeking a growth opportunity and interested in being part of one of the largest and fastest-growing multi-specialty physician groups in the Orlando market . The position offers the chance to contribute to both the clinical and operational development of a pharmacy platform , with opportunities to participate in the business side of pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in accordance with state and federal regulations. Ensure compliance with all pharmacy licensing and regulatory requirements . Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support safe and effective medication therapy. Support the development and implementation of pharmacy operational workflows. Participate in pharmacy contracting initiatives , including relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution partners. Assist leadership in maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulatory standards and operational best practices. Provide patient counseling regarding medications, dosage, and potential interactions. Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff as appropriate. Contribute to the growth and development of the pharmacy program as the organization expands. Qualifications PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program. Active Florida Pharmacist license in good standing. Strong understanding of pharmacy regulatory requirements and licensing standards . Interest in pharmacy operations, contracting, and business development within a healthcare setting. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clinical and operational teams. Experience with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records preferred. Compensation $160,000 to $200,000 based on experience plus bonus. Additional profit-sharing opportunities tied to pharmacy program performance and growth.
