Fleetwood Pharmacy Remedy's RX has an opening for a part-time pharmacist at our Surrey, BC location. We are a community-focused pharmacy known for our patient-first approach and supportive team environment. Join us in delivering exceptional care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. * 24-32 hours ( flexible, Sun to Wed, sunday is only 8am-12noon) * No methadone * No evenings * 3-4 days off every week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Check prescriptions for accuracy. * Counsel on prescription and OTC medications. * Provide clinical services such medication reviews, vaccination and prescription adaptation, In Home patient's visits * Collaborate with other healthcare providers ( Family Physicians, Nurse practitioners, Fraser health authority, Hospital discharge team) * NO OAT/NO METHADONE QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor of Pharmacy. * License to practice in British Columbia * Knowledge of Kroll® pharmacy system is a must * Superior interpersonal skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Commitment to provide exceptional customer service.
