Pharmacist

Clinical Pharmacist – Remote We are seeking experienced Clinical Pharmacists to join a growing team supporting pharmacy benefit management and clinical review. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists with managed care, prior authorization, or clinical criteria experience who enjoy applying their clinical expertise to ensure the safe and appropriate use of medications. This is a Fully Remote Role. What You'll Do: Review and make clinical decisions on prior authorization requests for medications under the pharmacy benefit Conduct peer-to-peer discussions with prescribers regarding the clinical rationale for adverse determinations Participate in clinical quality audits and inter-rater reliability testing Provide clinical support for internal pharmacy teams and assist with escalations Apply clinical expertise and evidence-based criteria to promote safe and appropriate medication utilization Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and clinical guidelines What We're Looking For: ✅ Doctor of Pharmacy ( PharmD ) degree ✅ Active, unrestricted pharmacist license ✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist ✅ Willingness to obtain additional state licensure/training as needed Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ 1+ year of clinical review experience in a managed care setting ⭐ Experience developing or applying clinical criteria ⭐ Strong clinical review and decision-making skills ⭐ Board certification (BCPS, BCOP, etc.) ⭐ Residency training
