Your Impact (Key Responsibilities) As a key member of the pharmacy team, you will keep operations running seamlessly while providing stellar support to both pharmacists and patients. Precision Dispensing: Assist pharmacists in accurately preparing, packaging, and labeling prescription medications. Data & Workflow Mastery: Efficiently enter patient and prescription information into modern pharmacy software systems. Inventory & Organization: Keep the pharmacy running like clockwork by ordering, receiving, stocking, and managing medication inventory. Patient & Partner Relations: Answer inquiries with warmth and professionalism, manage prescription refills, and resolve insurance claims or billing issues smoothly. Safety & Compliance: Ensure the dispensary remains pristine, highly organized, and fully compliant with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards. What You Bring to the Team Professional Credentials: A Diploma from an accredited Pharmacy Technician College and active registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
