Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a tech or digital platform environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment. Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networks for talent sourcing. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their suitability for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Enhance employer branding by promoting GrabJobs’ culture and opportunities across various channels. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking opportunities to build a strong talent pipeline. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes. Assist in developing and refining recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards.
