About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Clinic Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily clinic operations, ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care, and lead a team of healthcare providers. The Clinic Manager will serve as a key point of contact for both staff and patients, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for patient-centered care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of quality and service that Premise Health is known for, while also driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a valid healthcare license relevant to their clinical background (such as RN, NP, PA, or MD). A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare setting, with prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Candidates should have a solid understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and patient safety protocols. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology is also required. Responsibilities The Clinic Manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Managing and mentoring clinical and administrative staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies. Monitoring and improving patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes through quality assurance programs. Implementing best practices for patient care, safety, and operational efficiency. Managing inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal clinic functionality. Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment protocols and care plans. Handling patient concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive patient experience. Participating in community outreach and health promotion initiatives to enhance service delivery and community engagement.
