Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Sachse, TX Physical Therapist Outpatient Full Time Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation Depends Upon Candidate's Years Of Experience Seeking a driven candidate with a growth mindset to contribute to new sports/orthopedics clinic in Sachse TX. We are looking to grow our team with someone to contribute to a positive culture, centered on the patients full rehabilitation and return to sport. Strong manual skills and sports experience preferred. Current clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday 7am - 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9 am- 7 pm, and Friday 8 am - 12pm. This may be subject to change with expansion. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
