Goddard Chiropractic & Associates is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our enthusiastic and experienced team. We are an active, evidence-based chiropractic clinic with a current chiropractor and physiotherapist, but we are excited to expand our team to help our patients improve their overall quality of life. Within our practice, we pride ourselves on developing a personable and authentic rapport with our patients while providing collaborative top tier care. Our patient-focused mindset strives to equip people with knowledge and actionable at-home tips beyond chiropractic and massage care alone, so you can feel better and live better between visits. We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who is skilled in diverse practices and can work independently and as a member of an interdisciplinary team. You will be required to provide our patients exercises, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. Vestibular rehab, pelvic floor rehab and acupuncture are an asset as well. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and experienced PT or a new PT graduate who enjoys working in an engaging and supportive environment. You will also have the opportunity to build your case load quickly as we have strong referral sources. Key Responsibilities: * Competently perform physiotherapy assessment * Establish a physiotherapy diagnosis and prognosis * Develop and implement a treatment strategy * Evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention * Exercise prescription * Communicate with the client, family and healthcare practitioner Job Skills & Qualifications Required: * Hold current Physical Therapy license * Adhere to all current regulations and laws related to physical therapy * Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality * Professional liability insurance * Strong manual therapy skills Preferred: * Commitment to receiving continuing education * Customer service experience Hours: * Days and times are flexible Pay: * Percentage split, dependent on experience and attained skill level Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $47.00-$50.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Licence/Certification: * Physiotherapist Licence (required) Work Location: In person
