Physical Therapist Overland Park, KS

Full-Time Compensation: $40-$50/hour Join an established multidisciplinary medical practice providing evidence-based rehabilitation services for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, work-related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. You'll collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, occupational therapists, PTAs, and rehabilitation professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Perform physical therapy evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise Treat orthopedic, workers' compensation, occupational medicine, and personal injury patients Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention Complete accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with the healthcare team Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Missouri and/or Kansas PT license (or eligible) Excellent communication skills Preferred Outpatient orthopedic experience Workers' Compensation experience Functional rehabilitation/return-to-work experience Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Paid onboarding Continuing education support Flexible scheduling Collaborative team environment Modern rehabilitation equipment Professional growth opportunities Please send your resume.
