Company Description Pain & Performance Coach LLC is a patient-centered practice with a blended model of care often incorporating strength and conditioning principles in care. We offer one on one care for at least 60 minutes for each appointment in a performance oriented facility. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Hillsboro, OR. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to address pain, mobility, and performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evaluations, administering therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, monitoring patient progress, and updating care plans as needed. The role also involves educating patients on self-management strategies, documenting care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards, coordinating with referring providers, and supporting a safe, supportive clinic environment. Qualifications Interest in Sports and Orthopedic physical therapy. Passion for Strength & Conditioning. Interest in Objective Testing utilizing dynamometry, timing gates, and force plates. Ability to support Home Care and self-management plans, including home exercise programs and education on injury prevention and pain management. Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure within 1 month after late July NPTE) in the state of Oregon. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited degree from the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, or Europe. Growth mindset and hard work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain professional ethics and confidentiality. Preferred: Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, or performance-focused physical therapy. Leadership experience (even at the high school or collegiate student level)
