*HOURS: *0.8 FTE (30 hours per week). All clinic sites. Daytime and evening work is required. DUTIES: · To assess and plan patient?s programs and provide treatment as required. · To educate patients/members re: prevention of injury and disease management. · To document all patient assessments, treatments, progress and discharge notes. · To maintain and develop co-operative liaison with physicians and other members of the health team. QUALIFICATIONS: · B. Sc. or M.P.T. in Physiotherapy. · Experience in manual therapy and outpatient services preferred. · S.C.P.T. registration required. · C.P.A. membership recommended. · Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and applications. · Must have knowledge of and compatibility with the philosophy of CHSA. · A valid Criminal Record Check is required.
