Responsibilities Assess movement dysfunction and underlying causes through patient history and physical exams. Develop and modify evidence-based care plans tailored to patient goals and lifestyles. Deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. Track patient outcomes and adjust treatments accordingly. Advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist. Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care. CPR and first aid certification required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy or clinical rotations for new grads. Compensation is $85K–$112K+ with incentives and additional certifications.
