Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Tigard, OR. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients following injury or surgery, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on movement, exercise, manual therapy, and functional training. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating treatment plans, documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards, and educating patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role also involves collaborating with referring providers and team members to optimize outcomes and supporting a positive, motivating clinic environment for patients of varying ages and activity levels. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercise. Candidates should possess skills in Patient Care and Home Care, with a focus on education, safety, and adherence to home exercise programs. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-based clinical setting.
