We're growing at Foundation Physical Therapy in San Antonio and are looking to add more PTs to our team now and over the years to come. We're an outpatient orthopedic practice that treats everyone from weekend warriors to collegiate and professional athletes. We work hard, have fun, and have built a laid-back, team-oriented culture that consistently delivers excellent outcomes. What makes us different? We intentionally cap our therapists at 14 patients during an 8-hour day (or 18 patients on a 10 hour day) because we believe great patient care starts with therapists who aren't burned out. We offer a 4 or 5 day work weeks as an option for whatever fits your lifestyle. We also invest heavily in our clinicians by covering orthopedic fellowship tuition, providing fellowship mentorship hours, and offering opportunities to use dry needling and blood flow restriction (BFR). Our compensation includes a $80,000–$95,000 base salary, comprehensive benefits, up to $10,000 in annual performance bonuses and up to $10,000 sign on bonus!
