Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment. Responsibilities * Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. * Administer medications as directed by physicians and ensure proper documentation. * Maintain accurate patient records and update information as necessary. * Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications * MBBS or BDS degree is preferred. * Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. * Experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable. * Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. * Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience working with EMR (OSCAR) is required. * Able to understand Hindi and Punjabi language.
