About the Role We're seeking an outstanding Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician who is passionate about patient-centered care, values quality over volume, and wants to practice medicine in a model designed around better outcomes—not shorter appointments. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care Build long-term, trusted relationships with patients Provide care through a mix of : In-office visits Virtual appointments and telehealth Secure messaging Occasional house calls Partner closely with a dedicated care team responsible for care coordination, billing, scheduling, and operational support Take a proactive, personalized approach to helping patients achieve their health goals Special Focus on Women's Health An important component of this role will be supporting the healthcare needs of women throughout various stages of life. We are especially interested in physicians who have an interest for women's health, preventive care, hormonal health, wellness, and long-term relationship-based care for female patients. The ideal candidate will enjoy providing comprehensive, personalized healthcare experiences tailored to women's unique health journeys.
