Physician - Family Medicine

Position Title: Physician, Family Medicine (3 openings) Position Duties: Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages and conditions. Provide preventative care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Manage chronic illness in patients and coordinate care for patients with other medical specialists. Screen for early signs of serious conditions, such as cancer. Position Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Must have completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-accredited residency program in family medicine. Must be board certified in family medicine or eligible to sit for the family medicine board. Must have valid Hawaii medical license.
