Job Description Job Description Flowline Plumbers | Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas Flowline Plumbers is looking for a licensed, independent plumber to take on residential and commercial service calls across the Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph region. We generate the leads and book the work; you run the jobs your way and get paid per job completed. This is a 100% commission / pay-per-job arrangement, ideal for an experienced plumber who wants steady work without the overhead of finding their own customers. What You'll Do Attend booked service calls and jobs across our coverage area Provide your own on-site estimates and quote the customer directly Source and purchase your own materials for each job Complete plumbing work to code and to a professional standard Handle repairs, installations, and service work (residential and light commercial) What You Bring Valid plumbing license (journeyman or equivalent) in Ontario Your own reliable work vehicle Your own complete set of tools and equipment Ability to prepare accurate estimates independently Strong workmanship and reliable, professional customer service Own liability coverage / WSIB compliance (as applicable to an independent contractor) The Arrangement Pay structure: 100% commission, paid per job Materials: You purchase your own materials for each job Estimates: You handle your own quoting on site Equipment: You supply your own vehicle and tools Leads: We bring you the customers and booked work Coverage Area Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding communities.
