Description
About Adly: Adly is a technology, data, and performance-driven portfolio of SaaS subscription and content companies. Our founders have built, acquired, scaled, and sold SaaS, ecommerce, and marketing businesses - and continue adding companies to the Adly portfolio. We scale our businesses through a combination of paid media, organic search/SEO, CRO, and product-led growth - and we are increasingly leveraging AI across product development, operations, and decision-making. A Product Manager at Adly owns product outcomes across multiple businesses in the portfolio. You will drive the full product lifecycle - from discovery and prioritization through engineering execution, launch, and performance analysis - for several products simultaneously. You are the connective tissue between engineering, growth, design, and operations, ensuring every sprint, feature, and release ladders up to business KPIs. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role. You set the priorities, run the process, drive accountability, analyze the data, and present the results to leadership. You operate with a business owner mindset because, functionally, that is what you are - the person responsible for the trajectory of the products you manage. You are a builder first. You prototype with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt), run evals on AI-powered features, and ship faster because you can go from idea to working proof-of-concept without waiting for engineering. You don't just manage products - you make things. Responsibilities: Own the product roadmap and backlog across multiple Adly portfolio companies, prioritizing based on business impact, urgency, and resource constraints Lead engineering teams through planning, execution, and delivery - keeping projects on track, removing blockers, and maintaining velocity Collaborate with Growth, Design, and Operations stakeholders to scope requirements, align on goals, and translate business needs into actionable engineering work Define success metrics for every initiative and rigorously measure outcomes post-launch - revenue, retention, conversion, engagement, LTV Plan and execute A/B tests, new conversion funnels, landing pages, and growth experiments with measurable results QA product launches to ensure features ship bug-free and meet stakeholder requirements Monitor product performance closely, making fast decisions to iterate, scale, or revert based on data Present performance, progress, insights, and recommendations to leadership with clarity and conviction Evaluate where AI/LLM features can create step-function improvements in user experience, conversion, or operational efficiency across portfolio products Build and maintain AI-powered workflows for your own PM practice - competitive analysis, user research synthesis, data exploration, and spec generation Stay current with AI model capabilities, agentic frameworks, and developer tools - and proactively share and potentially apply new capabilities to your products and processes Skills & Experience: 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-product environment You have managed engineering teams and shipped products end-to-end - from scoping through launch and iteration Strong analytical skills - you are comfortable pulling data, building reports, running experiments, and making decisions grounded in metrics Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar) and a system for keeping complex, parallel workstreams organized Experience with marketing funnels, CRO, and A/B testing Excellent communicator - you translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders and keep everyone aligned Demonstrated AI power user - you can show specific examples of using AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants, automation platforms) to produce work that would have been impossible or 5x slower without them Fluency with LLM concepts - you understand prompting, context windows, model tradeoffs, and can evaluate AI-powered features with judgment, not just enthusiasm Experience evaluating where AI can create leverage in product features or internal workflows Self-sufficient and resourceful - you do not wait to be told what to do, and you ask for what you need You thrive managing multiple products simultaneously and context-switching without dropping balls Bonus: Experience in consumer products, marketplaces, or subscription businesses Familiarity with SEO, paid acquisition, or growth marketing Experience shipping AI-powered product features (recommendations, automation, NLP, agents, etc) Side projects, demos, or prototypes that demonstrate hands-on AI building Familiarity with eval frameworks, prompt iteration, or agentic workflows Exposure to portfolio or multi-business environments What Adly Offers A leadership team that has founded, scaled, and exited multiple companies - with clear ambition to make Adly a dominant player in SaaS and content Ownership across multiple businesses - not one feature team, but real P&L-level impact Small team with significant room for career advancement A work environment that is equal parts startup energy and results-driven meritocracy Opportunities to grow your technical, analytical, and leadership skills rapidly Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) - U.S. only Unlimited PTO 401(k) savings plan - U.S. only Competitive bonus structure
