Role: Product Manager YOE: 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Location: San Francisco, CA | Full-time onsite (Jackson Square) Compensation: $150K – $220K salary + Competitive equity Benefits: Premium healthcare, unlimited PTO, food & transportation reimbursement, gym membership, global off-sites Roles & Responsibilities Define clear, measurable product problems in highly ambiguous problem spaces Own product roadmaps, prioritization, sprint planning, backlog management, and issue triage Drive end-to-end product launches while collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Operations Run rapid experiments, form hypotheses, and engage frequently with customers to validate ideas and iterate quickly Make data-driven decisions to uncover insights and answer critical product questions Act as the connective tissue across the company by synthesizing feedback from customers, recruiters, and internal teams Build products that impact millions of candidates, recruiters, hiring managers.
