Objectives of this Role: • Work with stakeholders across the company and customers to elicit and document business requirements • Document requirements in user stories that are easy to understand, testable, and traceable • Develop workflows • Write acceptance criteria using business-driven development language • Communicate effectively with developers and testers to answer questions about user stories and validate the end implementation of the requirements • Work closely with other product managers on product roadmap, backlog grooming, prioritization of requirements, and sprint/release plans • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/implement solutions • Develop, measure, and ensure KPIs for product impact and product adoption • Interface with the Customer Success Team to ensure adoption usage by customers for solid product-market fit. • Give presentations or product demonstrations/training This job description represents an overview of the responsibilities for the above referenced position. Skills and Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Experience in managing complex and highly technical SaaS development projects • Experience with leadership and end to end Agile software • Strong understanding of agile metrics and processes • Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, and workflow diagrams such as Lucidchart • Strong background in project management, consulting and cross-group collaboration • Ability to convey a message in a simple and structured manner, customized to the audience and to the mode of communication • Fluent verbal and written language skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a globally distributed delivery setup • Low-ego, high-energy, continuous learner, and solid team player motivated by getting stuff done and having an impact on people’s lives Show more Show less
