Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in product management within the Fintech or SaaS space and a strong ability to translate customer needs and business goals into impactful product solutions. In this role, you will own and improve key areas of the Kanmon product experience, working closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver high quality product outcomes. You will help identify product opportunities, contribute to roadmap planning, and lead the development and launch of new features that support both platform partners and their small business customers. This role is ideal for a product manager who enjoys balancing customer discovery, product strategy, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap ● Contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap in partnership with product leadership. ● Identify opportunities to improve the product experience across the customer lifecycle including partner integrations, onboarding, and ongoing product usage. ● Translate customer insights, business goals, and data into clear product requirements and user stories. Product Development ● Partner closely with engineering and design to define, build, and launch new product capabilities. ● Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product areas including discovery, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration. ● Ensure product features deliver measurable value for both platform partners and SMB customers. Data and Insights ● Use product analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. ● Monitor key product metrics such as activation, usage, and retention to evaluate product performance. ● Run experiments when appropriate to improve product experiences and validate product hypotheses. Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver high quality product experiences. ● Partner with marketing and partner teams to ensure product capabilities support partner enablement and SMB success. Communicate product priorities, timelines, and outcomes clearly with internal stakeholders. Required Qualifications Experience 3 to 5 years of product management experience in fintech, SaaS, or a high-growth technology company. Business Understanding Strong ability to understand customer needs and how businesses adopt and use financial products. Technical Fluency Comfort working with engineering teams and familiarity with product analytics tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. Analytical Thinking Ability to interpret product data, identify opportunities, and make thoughtful product decisions. Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product concepts and decisions. Execution Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment. Collaboration Team oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across functions.
