The Role As a Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of customers, technology, and business strategy. You'll work closely with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and company leadership to define product vision, prioritise initiatives, and bring AI-powered solutions to market. You'll play a critical role in translating customer needs into product capabilities, ensuring the company continues to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges. What You'll Be Doing Partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows, pain points, and business objectives. Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with company goals. Gather and synthesise customer feedback, market insights, and usage data to inform product decisions. Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-impact product features. Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive and valuable customer experiences. Own the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and adoption. Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support successful product releases and customer adoption. Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. Act as the voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility and business impact. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology environment. Strong ability to define product requirements and translate customer needs into actionable roadmaps. Experience working closely with software engineering teams in an agile environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with AI, machine learning, LLMs, or agentic AI technologies. Background in enterprise software, workflow automation, or platform products. Experience building products for technical users or developer-focused audiences. Familiarity with AI technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms. Experience launching and scaling new products or product lines.
