Product Manager
Description
Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology and data-driven products that power exceptional guest and business experiences. This individual will work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and business stakeholders to translate product vision into functional solutions while supporting the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, technically curious, and passionate about building scalable digital products across modern cloud-based ecosystems. What type of experience does the right candidate have: 5+ years of product management or related experience supporting technology or data-driven products. Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user stories, Agile development, product launches, hyper-care, and continuous delivery. Background working with cloud technologies, SaaS products, APIs, system integrations, or data pipelines. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, software development lifecycles, UX principles, and data-driven product management. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, UX, marketing, and business stakeholders while using product metrics and customer insights to guide decisions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Support the strategy, development, and delivery of technology- and data-driven products from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization. Gather requirements, write user stories, prioritize features, and partner with engineering teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable software solutions, integrations, and cross-platform experiences. Monitor product performance, KPIs, user behavior, and customer feedback to drive enhancements and support post-launch activities. Troubleshoot product issues, evaluate business impact, conduct product research, and stay current on emerging technologies across cloud, AI, and digital product ecosystems.
