Project Manager with Scrum Master Job Summary The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects following Agile methodologies. This role involves overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The Project Manager will also act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring the team follows Agile practices and principles. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage project teams in the successful execution of projects using Agile methodologies. Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Implement change management processes to address scope changes or project deviations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the project team. Report project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. Skill Requirements Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in acting as a Scrum Master. Solid understanding of Project Management and Change Management principles. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams toward successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure project objectives are met. Certifications: Agile or Scrum Master Certification is preferred. Experience- 5 9 Years Other Requirement Role Name Project Manager Scrum Master Additional Requirements Local to Phoenix, AZ. 6+ years of Software Project Management experience. Additional certifications such as PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, SSM, or equivalent are preferred. Deep understanding of Agile at Scale or iterative development processes. Strong knowledge of software quality assurance and testing best practices.
