Role: Prompt engineer -Vulnerability Management Enablement Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Role Summary Act as a consultant supporting the vulnerability management program through AI-enabled workflow design , prompt engineering , and Microsoft Loop-based collaboration solutions Create practical workflows that accelerate execution , improve consistency , and reduce manual effort Develop and deliver targeted training to employees on effective AI prompting and workflow usage Partner with program managers, security teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to improve workflow clarity, adoption, and governance Key Responsibilities Assess current vulnerability management processes to identify inefficiencies and manual workload drivers Design and implement AI-assisted workflows using structured prompts and Microsoft Loop Develop reusable prompt libraries and templates for operational tasks (triage, tracking, reporting, documentation) Build Loop-based collaboration assets to improve shared tracking and execution Create process maps, workflows, and standard operating guidance Develop and deliver training sessions on AI prompting best practices , including: Writing effective prompts for operational workflows Ensuring consistency and quality of AI outputs Applying validation and review practices Produce AI-assisted documentation aligned with governance and review expectations Define controls for prompt usage, output validation, versioning, and collaboration governance Support adoption through hands-on enablement, coaching, and working sessions Track measurable improvements (cycle time, consistency, reduction in manual effort) Core Capabilities Hands-on experience in prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflow enablement Ability to: Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows Create reusable prompts and structured templates Train users on AI prompting techniques and responsible usage Improve collaboration using Microsoft Loop Experience with: Workflow design, process mapping, and SOP development AI-assisted documentation and reporting Microsoft Loop pages, components, and workspace design Governance and validation practices for AI-assisted outputs Preferred Skills Experience supporting vulnerability management, risk, or security programs Experience designing and delivering training programs or workshops for enterprise users Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem Experience with process adoption and change management Show more Show less
