One (1) Casual ? As Needed Wabasca, Alberta The Bigstone Referral Unit in Wabasca, Alberta is seeking a Casual Referral Clerk to join our talented Bigstone Referral Unit team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Answer switchboard * Schedule trips out of town and locally * MTRS/MTDS data entry daily * Arrange flights * Arrange out-of-town accommodations * Arrange out of town taxi/bus services Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Good knowledge of office procedures * Be extremely observant to detail and accuracy * Must be able to work in a diverse environment with frequent interruptions * Good written and oral communication skills * Good organizational skills * Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision * Confidentiality is strictly enforced * Develop strong relationships and work cooperatively with drivers and clients * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Ability to type 35 wpm * Experience with MS Office databases and other related software applications Education and Experience: * High School Education is an asset * 2 years of Clerical experience required * Must be able to do shift work (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) * Speaking and understanding the Cree language is an asset * Must have reliable transportation Benefits: ?
