We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer who seamlessly bridges manual precision with automated efficiency. As a disciplined, self-starting problem solver, you take full ownership of software quality without needing micromanagement. Beyond core testing, you bring a strong curiosity for modern QA innovations, including AI-driven testing frameworks and LLM-based approaches, and a drive to help shape the future of our quality processes. Develop and execute manual and automated test plans to ensure SaaS platform quality and reliability Identify, document, and track software defects alongside development teams for rapid resolution Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for functional and non-functional testing Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on requirements and expected behaviors Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based techniques to optimize testing Conduct regression and performance testing to ensure system scalability Integrate automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments Deliver clear, structured test reports and status updates to key stakeholders Drive continuous QA process improvements independently with minimal oversight 3+ years in software quality assurance, mastering both manual precision and automated testing Hands-on experience with frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium, plus proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java Proven ability to validate APIs using tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or similar frameworks Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for automated test integration Active interest in AI/ML-driven testing solutions and eagerness to experiment with LLM-based testing approaches Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and complex edge cases
