About The Role We are seeking a talented QA Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team at Envysion, a Motorola Solutions company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise video security and business analytics solutions tailored for the quick-service restaurant and retail industries. As a QA Engineer, you will work within an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing test plans, managing test environments, and continuously improving our quality management processes. You will play a vital role in validating customer configurations, identifying defects, and ensuring our solutions perform optimally before deployment. Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ Associates degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience Experience with applications facilitating customer order to service delivery Relational SQL skills with the ability to execute DML statements for testing Proficiency in writing high-quality functional tests to verify feature performance and robustness Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to adapt to changing requirements and incorporate customer feedback effectively Responsibilities Participate actively in a collaborative development team to influence product direction and quality standards Plan, organize, and prioritize comprehensive test cases and test plans Review test plans independently to ensure reliability and efficiency of software systems Setup and manage test environments that simulate real-world scenarios for validation purposes Document and communicate software defects with detailed, actionable information to facilitate timely resolutions Establish, maintain, and improve quality management system processes and procedures continuously Perform system setup, software installation, configuration, and peripheral equipment integration Install and upgrade hardware and software components, including servers, cameras, and devices Support automated testing initiatives, including Salesforce configuration and Apex deployments (optional but preferred) Contribute to the development and refinement of testing strategies and best practices Benefits Incentive bonus plans Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan with company match 10 paid holidays annually Generous paid time off packages Employee stock purchase plan Paid parental and family leave Opportunities for professional growth and development Flexible remote work options Equal Opportunity Motorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
