As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our engineering tea m.As a QA Automation Engineer, you will own quality across our suite of specialty pharmacy, patient support, and pharmacy benefit management platforms. You will design and implement scalable automated test frameworks, champion quality standards, and collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and clinical operations to ensure our software meets the reliability demands of a healthcare environmen t. Key Responsibilit iesDesign, build, and maintain automated test suites (functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end) across web, API, and backend servic es.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enforce quality gates on every relea se.Perform risk-based test planning and author detailed test cases for complex healthcare workflows including patient enrollment, prior authorization, specialty fulfillment, and HUB servic es.Conduct API and data validation testing against HL7/FHIR, EDI, and RESTful interfaces to ensure data integrity across system integratio ns.Collaborate with developers and product owners in sprint planning and backlog grooming to shift quality left and embed acceptance criteria ear ly.Report, track, and verify defects while providing clear root cause analysis and quality metrics to engineering leadersh ip.Support performance, load, and security testing efforts to protect the reliability and compliance of healthcare-facing syste ms.Contribute to documentation of QA processes, test standards, and best practices across the engineering organizati on.
