About The Role The Quality Assurance Engineer at ThriveCart plays a pivotal role in maintaining the reliability, accuracy, and overall performance of the company's e-commerce platform. This hands-on position involves designing detailed test plans, executing both manual and automated tests, and developing robust automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks such as PlayWright and Jest. The QA Engineer collaborates closely with engineering, product, and support teams to validate new features, identify defects, and ensure that releases meet high-quality standards. Additionally, the role encompasses monitoring post-release systems for issues, contributing to root-cause analysis, and continuously improving testing strategies and processes to elevate product quality. This position is ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance, automation, and delivering excellent user experiences in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
