We are currently seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our team based out of our Foam Lake office. Responsible for scheduling / coordinating our team of school bus drivers, this position is tailor-made for an industry professional with a focus on customer service and passenger satisfaction. The shift for this position is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with potential shift changes based on business needs. Qualifications: Experience in the school bus industry an assetGood knowledge of Foam Lake and surrounding areaExcellent customer service skills, proven ability to serve the public and relate to coworkers in a courteous, helpful mannerExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionallyComputer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and as part of a teamExpertise in organizational planning and problem solving Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure that drivers and staff are treated in a fair and consistent mannerEnsure school routes are covered in an efficient and fair mannerChecking driver in and out for their routesAssisting drivers in troubleshooting all potential problems on routeMaking phone calls in clear communications with customers and staffAssisting in preparing charter billing and data entryKeeping organized filingAssisting in keeping the office neat and tidy with some cleaning dutiesAssist in answering public and driver inquiries and finding solutions to concernsEnsure all required paperwork/requests is completed in an accurate and timely mannerKeep appropriate staff informed of any major issues, changes, concerns etc. in an expedient fashionGeneral office duties as required
