Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process. * Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and local neighborhoods. * Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. * Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property listings. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns. * Utilize administrative skills to manage schedules, appointments, and property showings effectively. * Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed about market conditions and new listings. * Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including social media and networking events. * Build relationships with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and contractors. * Assist in property management tasks as needed.
