Recreational Therapist

We are seeking a Therapeutic Certified Recreational Therapist (PRN) to provide recreational therapy services for individuals with neurological and complex injuries. Deliver individual and group therapy programs in a safe, effective manner. Conduct assessments/evaluations upon admission and develop personalized rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with staff to facilitate participant growth and training. Communicate with participants, families, and funders regarding progress and needs. Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and ethical practices of the American Therapeutic Recreation Association. Maintain recreational equipment and advocate for therapeutic recreation benefits. Stay current through continued education and best practice methods. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy, CTRS certification, two years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.
