Forest City Neurofeedback is a dynamic rehabilitation company located in London and St. Thomas, Ontario. Our team works with clientele across the lifespan (ages 6+), and use a client-centred approach to therapy goals. We have two multi-disciplinary clinics in London and St. Thomas offering occupational therapy, psychotherapy, social work, and neurofeedback services. We provide virtual, in-clinic, in addition to community services. Our focus is providing holistic care and function by meeting the client?s physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. We are currently seeking a part-time Social Worker in LONDON, ON and ST.THOMAS, ON. Responsibilities: * Assess clients and develop a treatment plan/program * Provide counselling services to address psycho-social issues * Work as a member of a healthcare team, collaborating with medical, community, and insurance stakeholders * Comprehensive knowledge of community resources to further support client?s recovery * Support client and family through the recovery process * Provide written reports, detailing client?s recovery and outlining future treatment goals * Practice is reflective of evidence based, goal oriented and client centered approach Qualifications: * MSW Degree * Current registration with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers * Curreny liability insurance * Minimum of two years of clinical/community based experience * Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral * Self-motivated/autonomous * Clinical skills in the area of trauma, PTSD, family dynamics, mental health conditions, and addictions * Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Forest City Neurofeedback offers: * Flexible work schedule * Industry leading compensation * Training on NeurOptimal Neurofeedback Technology * An exceptional multi-disciplinary team Job Type: Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour Licence/Certification: * OCSWSSW (required) Work Location: In person
