What We Offer: * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for continuing education * A team that truly cares for its team members and the pets we serve * AAHA accreditation?a mark of excellence in veterinary care Key Responsibilities: * Surgical Expertise: Use your skills throughout the entire procedure. * Dental Procedures: Take the lead in dental cleanings, x-rays, and other dental procedures, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. * Monitor anesthesia and vital signs during surgeries while ensuring patient safety. * Assist veterinarians with diagnosing and treating animals, performing lab tests, and handling medical procedures. * Collect and prepare diagnostic samples, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols. * Provide nursing care and post-operative support for surgical and dental patients. * Educate pet owners on preventative health practices, post-operative care, and dental hygiene. * Technician appointments from anal gland expression, technician injection, blood and urine sample collection, discharge appointment, diabetic education and more. What We're Looking For: * RVT Certification required * Strong surgical and dental experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with veterinarians. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to perform diagnostic tests and medical procedures with precision in a fast pace environment with accuracy.. * A passion for educating clients about preventative care and treatment options.
