registered veterinary technician (RVT)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care for our animal patients while supporting veterinarians in their daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal welfare and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to pet owners. Duties * Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures. * Perform laboratory tests, including blood work and urinalysis, to assist in diagnosing animal health issues. * Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed by the veterinarian. * Monitor and record vital signs of animals pre- and post-surgery. * Maintain accurate medical records for each patient. * Provide education to pet owners regarding animal care, nutrition, and preventive health measures. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including sterilization of instruments and equipment. * Handle animals safely and compassionately during examinations and treatments. Experience * Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a similar role is preferred. * Familiarity with laboratory procedures and techniques is highly desirable. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pet owners and team members. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is essential. * New Graduates can also apply.
