About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade healthcare solutions on the Force.com platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AGILE project environments, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, HTML5, and JavaScript tools to build secure, scalable, and high-quality web applications. This role requires a proactive individual capable of adapting quickly to a fast-paced setting, adhering to established SDLC standards, and collaborating effectively within a structured team environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative business solutions, creating technical documentation, and performing comprehensive testing to ensure optimal performance and security. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Aura Components, and Apex. Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex logic issues are essential. Additional desired qualifications include knowledge of Platform Events, C#.NET (minimum three years), .NET Standard/.NET Core, and experience with Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with Salesforce DX (SFDX) is also preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment is critical for success in this role. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement dynamic, secure, and high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically tailored for the healthcare industry. Create and maintain Data Dictionaries and generate comprehensive application flow charts and technical documentation to support development and maintenance activities. Define detailed technical specifications that align with business requirements for custom applications, ensuring clarity and precision. Operate effectively within an Agile, structured SDLC team environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions. Perform rigorous unit and integration testing to validate functionality and security, addressing issues promptly. Develop distributed integrations between Salesforce and proprietary enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and support deployment activities, maintaining a focus on quality and user experience.
