Your Role (and Why It?s Different) You?re not just handing out CPAP machines. You?ll be supporting people during a vulnerable time in their lives as they learn to breathe and sleep better. You'll have the time to listen, educate, reassure, and provide meaningful follow-up care in a calm, organized, and respectful environment. What You'll Do * Perform diagnostic and follow-up sleep respiratory assessments. * Educate patients on the proper use of CPAP therapy and respiratory equipment. * Guide patients through every stage of their treatment journey. * Provide ongoing clinical follow-up and ensure high-quality patient care. * Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot respiratory equipment. * Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation. * Collaborate closely with referring physicians and the clinical team. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinic and patient experience. Who We're Looking For You may be the perfect fit if you: * Are a licensed Respiratory Therapist and a member in good standing with the OPIQ or CRTO * Are recognized for your compassionate, patient-centered approach. * Are organized, self-motivated, and professional. * Are comfortable using electronic medical records and computer systems. * Are fluent in French (English is considered a strong asset).
