Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Pulmonary Function Lab Center for Advanced Medicine | St. Louis, MO Looking for a Respiratory Therapist role that lets you leave nights, weekends, and holidays behind? Join Washington University School of Medicine's Pulmonary Function Lab at the Center for Advanced Medicine and enjoy a more predictable outpatient schedule of 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM , with the possibility of 4 ten-hour shifts as our team continues to grow. You'll work with adult patients in a specialized pulmonary setting, collaborating with a supportive team while developing expertise in pulmonary diagnostics. Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) experience is a huge plus, but not required. We are happy to train experienced RTs who are eager to learn. Beyond competitive pay, you'll enjoy the opportunity to earn up to $2,500 annually through a performance-based productivity incentive program , a 7% 403(b) match , 20 vacation days (increasing to 22 in year four) , 12 sick days , and 10 paid holidays , including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve .
