This is an African Restaurant, so we are looking for a Restaurant Manager that will be able to oversea both the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: Must be able to communicate well in English, a little French is an asset. Also will be knowledgeable on how to make African dishes. Organize and ensure that all staff are working as a team. Responsibilities: Direct daily operations. Control inventory. Supervision of staff. Make African Cuisine.
