Duties * Perform cleaning and removal of damaged contents using specialized cleaning techniques and equipment * Operate hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment to dismantle or repair damaged areas * Assist in the removal of debris and water from affected spaces, supporting the drying process * Apply restoration methods such as mold remediation, odor control, and surface cleaning to restore property integrity * Document work performed with detailed reports and photographs for client records and insurance purposes * Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools, chemicals, and hazardous materials * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of restoration projects while maintaining high quality standards Experience * Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction work is highly preferred * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous * Knowledge of restoration processes including mold remediation, water extraction, or fire damage repair is a plus * Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks for extended periods in various environments * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship Join us in transforming challenging situations into successful recoveries!
