retail sales associate

We're looking for a Luxury Retail Sales Associate Qualifications: * 1-2 years retail and customer service experience * Full time shifts Tuesday-Saturday (Saturday coverage is priority) * Excellent communication skills * Must have luxury brand knowledge * Organized, adaptable and proactive * Team player and multi-tasker * Comfortable with posting on Instagram and other social platforms for sales purposes Duties include: * Provide luxury customer service by recommending, selecting and helping clients with merchandise * Drive sales by maintaining a high level of product and So Over It knowledge * Follow sales targets presented by SOI Lead Team and create sales strategies to hit those targets * Ensure maintenance of merchandise presentation including ticketing and steaming product * Assistance with some e-commerce duties, including shipping and receiving * Assistance with inventory management * Processing payments and all POS transactions in an efficient manner * Support in organizing the stock room, sales floor, dressing room and all other common areas * Support in cleaning front of house and stock room How to apply: * Submit your cover letter and resume before August 15, 2026. * In your cover letter, please tell us who your favourite designer is and why. _We appreciate all who apply, but only applicants with adequate experience will be contacted for an interview. _ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * sales: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
