About Us: Westmount Pool & Spa is a family-owned and operated business serving the Guelph and surrounding communities since 1991 . We specialize in swimming pools, hot tubs, water care, and related products. We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy delivering exceptional service. Industry experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong retail and customer service skills. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships * Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions * Perform in-store water testing and analysis (training provided) * Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately * Answer and direct phone calls professionally * Assist with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management * Receive, unpack, and price incoming shipments * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment * Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members Qualifications * Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and time management skills * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Professional appearance and positive attitude * Reliable and punctual * Ability to stand for extended periods and climb ladders/step stools * Knowledge of pools and hot tubs considered an asset What We Offer * Training and product education * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow within a family-owned business * Competitive compensation based on experience How to Apply Apply through Indeed or drop off your resume in person during business hours at either of our loactions: 450 Michener Rd, Guelph,Ontario, N1E 1K4 920 St. David St N, Fergus, Ontario, N1M 2W3 We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
