Position Summary: The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and guest service in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role plays a key part in delivering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all hotel guests. Key Responsibilities: * Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards. * Change bed linens and replace used towels and amenities. * Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all required areas. * Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and towels. * Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found items to the supervisor promptly. * Follow proper procedures for key control and security. * Ensure carts and storage areas are clean and well-stocked. * Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude with guests and colleagues. * Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures. Qualifications: * Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred. * Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards. * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. * Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays. Working Conditions: * May involve standing or walking for long periods. * Exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment. * Fast-paced environment; may involve repetitive tasks.
