Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting, emphasizing cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism. Prior experience in hotel or custodial services is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties * Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies * Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms * Ensure all cleaning tasks meet hotel standards for hygiene and presentation * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management * Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed * Follow all safety protocols and procedures during cleaning activities * Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans when required * Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally Experience * Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is a plus but not mandatory * Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team * Knowledge of hospitality standards and customer service principles is advantageous * Ability to maintain a positive attitude and uphold high standards of cleanliness in a fast-paced environment Pay: $16.75 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Work Location: In person
