Role: RPA UiPath Developer (Lead Engineer) Location: REMOTE Compensation: $55.00/hr on W2 Fulltime ; W2 candidate only . Duration: 6 Months Position Overview Seeking a Senior RPA UiPath Developer with 6–8 years of IT experience to develop, integrate, and support enterprise automation pipelines. The role requires heavy hands-on expertise in the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework), automated desktop/web workflows, and distributed data platform processing, alongside a strong CI/CD and DevOps mindset. Key Responsibilities
- Automation Engineering: Design, build, test, and maintain highly scalable RPA workflows utilizing UiPath Studio across Desktop, Web, Citrix, Salesforce, and Mainframe environments.
- Data & System Integration: Develop complex data pipelines and automations interfacing with Big Data architectures including Hadoop and Apache Spark ecosystems.
- Technical Leadership: Act with Lead Engineer qualities to deliver driven results to product squads, guide junior team members, and manage incoming business requirements.
- DevOps Lifecycle: Drive continuous integration and deployment pipelines utilizing a "shift left" methodology, incorporating Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- System Performance: Conduct system performance management, monitor automated workflows, and troubleshoot complex configuration or change management updates. Required Skillset
- Experience: 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience featuring at least 4 years of dedicated UiPath development (or 3 years with alternative RPA suites like Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism).
- Programming & Scripting: Strong hands-on engineering background in high-level programming languages (Java, Scala, C#, or .NET) and scripting frameworks (Python, BASH).
- Data Landscapes: Practical development exposure working within Big Data, Hadoop, or Apache Spark environments.
- Methodology: Complete mastery of full-cycle SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and automated configuration management frameworks.
